Clueless in the closet

Does everyone remember one of the opening scenes from Clueless? You know, when Cher is going through her wardrobe on her computer trying to find an outfit, only to be told that her first attempt is a “Mismatch!”

Well..just 12 years later, Australian scientists have done it for real! They’ve developed a “Smart Closet” based on RFID tagged clothing to ensure that you don’t end up with a crappy outfit. It also tells you when to clean your clothes and helps you avoid showing up to meet the same person in the same clothes as you did last time.......Or as Cher would say “do you prefer fashion victim or ensembly challenged?”

The write up above suggests that only nerdy men without girlfriends would need such a service; I am glad we have Cher to balance the gender inequity there.
