Lisa Richards

Lisa is an editorial assistant for a peer review journal, but she also likes to try her hand at journalism every now and then, writing for society science magazines.

Originally from a Welsh farming family, she was tempted away by the bright lights of the city to study Combined Biological Sciences at University College London. One of her main interests is food (both scientifically and the regular eating of). She enjoys picking up the latest research and telling everyone which food is the healthy dish of the month.

Her hobbies range from playing poker, practicing yoga and clubbing to the small hours on the weekend.
